From June 18 to June 22, 2025, Finigate organized a five-day team building event in the beautiful coastal city of Xiamen for employees from its Northern Three Ports branches — Tianjin, Qingdao, and Dalian. Through collective travel and shared experiences, the activity aimed to enhance team cohesion, improve communication and collaboration among colleagues from different regions, and inject new vitality into the company’s development.
In June, Xiamen was bathed in bright sunshine and gentle sea breezes. The Finigate team visited several scenic spots and cultural landmarks across the city. On the first day, the team visited Xiamen University, renowned as “China’s most beautiful campus,” where they immersed themselves in the strong academic atmosphere and picturesque environment.
In the following days, the team took a boat to the World Cultural Heritage Site - Gulangyu Island. There, they strolled through the historic international settlement, admired the diverse architectural styles, and relaxed to the sound of pianos and ocean waves. Additionally, the team visited the incense-filled Nanputuo Temple, experiencing its tranquility and Zen ambiance, and walked along the Island Ring Road to enjoy Xiamen’s charming coastal scenery.
This team building event in Xiamen was an important initiative by the company to strengthen corporate culture and support employee development. As key players in Finigate’s northern port logistics strategy, the Northern Three Ports teams significantly improved their collaboration efficiency and sense of unity through this in-depth exchange.
