On October 10, 2025, the entire staff of Finigate International Logistics (Tianjin) Co., Ltd. embarked on a journey filled with anticipation to the Beijing Miyun Junshan Resort Hotel, marking the beginning of a special autumn memory. The beautiful autumn scenery along the way provided a welcome respite from the daily grind, allowing everyone to relax and unwind. Nestled amidst green mountains and clear waters, the hotel offered a tranquil and serene environment with fresh air, providing the perfect escape from the city's hustle and bustle.
Day 2: Sweat, Strategy, and Synergy
The team-building activities officially commenced on the morning of the 11th. Under the guidance of professional coaches, employees were divided into groups to participate in fun sports like Archery Tag and kayaking. Archery Tag tested everyone's strategy and agility, while kayaking showcased the team's coordination and balance. The atmosphere was electric, filled with cheers and laughter.
After the lunch break, more creative team collaboration games began. In the "Sack Toss" competition, members from different departments worked seamlessly together, with every accurate throw met with enthusiastic applause. The "Magic Brush Ma Liang" challenge pushed the team's coordination and patience to the limit – team members had to collaboratively manipulate a giant brush suspended by ropes to write "FN" on a large sheet of paper. Despite some initial difficulties, the successful completion of the task profoundly demonstrated the immense power of unity and concerted effort.
The afternoon transitioned into a relaxed and enjoyable "house party" mode. A variety of entertainment options, including Mahjong, KTV, billiards/pool, video games, and Werewolf, ensured every employee found something they enjoyed. Whether belting out a song or engaging in a friendly pool match, everyone immersed themselves in the cheerful atmosphere, strengthening bonds and camaraderie.
In the evening, everyone gathered for a delightful dinner, raising their glasses to toast the fulfilling and wonderful day.
Day 3: An Energetic Finale and Return with Rewards
On the morning of the 12th, the final day of activities began. The thrilling CS combat simulation saw team members darting between cover, devising tactics, and cooperating closely, experiencing trust and responsibility amidst the simulated "hail of bullets." The frisbee session highlighted the perfect blend of speed and skill; running, passing, and scoring, everyone enthusiastically unleashed their energy and passion.
After lunch, the three-day team-building event drew to a successful close. Carrying a wealth of experiences and cherished memories, everyone boarded the coach for the return trip to Tianjin.
This trip to Beijing Miyun Junshan was more than just a break from work; it was an opportunity for employees to relax and recharge.
