In July 2024, Finigate International Logistics (Tianjin) Co., Ltd. organized a team-building trip for all employees to Chongqing, known as the "Mountain City." This event provided a valuable opportunity for staff to unwind from their busy work schedules, immerse themselves in Chongqing’s unique natural landscapes and cultural charm, and strengthen friendships while inspiring new team vitality.
Despite the scorching July heat, the team explored multiple iconic attractions in Chongqing. They strolled through the Hongya Cave Folk Custom Area, admiring the perfect blend of traditional Bayu-style stilted buildings and modern commerce. At the magnificent Tiankeng Ground Fissure, everyone marveled at the wonders of nature. Colleagues walked together, took photos, and enjoyed the scenic views along the way.
The team also visited the ancient town of Ciqikou, which boasts a history of over a thousand years. Walking on its bluestone paths, they experienced the local customs and sampled traditional snacks. At Liziba Light Rail Station, they witnessed the astonishing sight of a light rail passing through a residential building, a testament to Chongqing’s innovative urban planning. Additionally, the team visited landmarks such as the Great Hall of the People and Liberation Monument, gaining deeper insights into Chongqing’s history and development.
Chongqing’s cuisine was another highlight of the trip. During a lively hotpot banquet, everyone gathered around the table, engaging in cheerful conversations while savoring the authentic spicy and aromatic flavors of Chongqing hotpot. This cuisine experience allowed the team to appreciate the rich local culture and historical heritage.
More than just a sightseeing tour, this trip to Chongqing served as an effective team-building exercise.
